Joe & Aldo played  for the same  local Football Club Silhill FC .. the Irish / Italian connected & every saturday Olwyn & I would join them after the match we have great memories of those days.  Here is an extract taken in 1985 from a local newspaper when Joe scored the winning goal & thanks to Joe they  won the cup,  “In Three minutes from the end of extra time, granite Ulsterman Robinson latched onto a cross from his leftwinger Aldo Ferrarin to lash in the 2-1 winner against all the odds.” …made me smile xx
